Hey there, I'm Dwight Calwhite, a real estate investor and furnished rental operator with over 500 5-star reviews.

After 15 years of building a web software company, while being a landlord on the side, I exited the tech industry and went full-time into real estate in 2019.

Today, my company VIEWS LLC owns and manages 30+ units in Las Vegas, including the resort-style Views Vegas vacation rental home, and the recently remodeled Ogden Executive flexible rental apartment building, both in Downtown Las Vegas.

When you work with VIEWS, you work with a small, accountable team - not a corporate housing resale middleman with no actual inventory. We take pride in providing the most enjoyable spaces for sleeping, cooking, relaxing, and connecting.

What's the minimum stay?

30 days for most furnished apartments or houses. Some licensed vacation rentals accept stays from 2 nights.

Do you bill businesses or insurance carriers directly?

Yes. For B2B clients and insurance ALE placements, we bill the company or carrier directly. We provide a W-9 upon request.

Are utilities, Wi-Fi, and furnishings included?

Yes - electric, water, gas, garbage, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, dishes, linens, silverware, cookware, kitchen appliances, wall decor, furniture, and unlimited coffee & tea are all included in the rate.

Can my company book multiple units at once?

Yes โ€” this is one of our specialties. We can hold up to 12 apartments simultaneously for the same project window, issue a single invoice, and coordinate move-in and move-out as a block.

Are pets allowed?

Yes at most properties, with a pet fee. Some vacation homes have specific policies. Ask us about your specific pet and we'll let you know.

What corporate housing networks do you work with?

We're a direct-booking operator, not a reseller - we can work with any carrier or company directly. We're familiar with ALE Solutions, Corpay Lodging, CHBO Complete, Furnished Finder Pro, and Airbnb for Work.

How fast can you turn around a quote?

Most quotes go out same-day. Complex multi-unit placements may take slightly longer.
