2. What This Website Is This website provides general information about furnished housing owned and operated by VIEWS LLC and lets you request quotes and availability. The content here is informational only. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a binding agreement to rent or lease any property.

Quotes, Pricing & Availability Any rates, availability, photos, or descriptions shown on the site or provided in response to an inquiry are estimates and are subject to change until confirmed in a signed agreement. Submitting a form or receiving a quote does not reserve a unit or create a tenancy. A reservation or lease exists only once both parties sign a separate written booking confirmation, lease, or master services agreement.

4. Bookings & Leases Actual stays are governed by the specific booking confirmation, lease agreement, or master services agreement you sign for that stay. If anything in those documents conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that stay. Stays of fewer than 30 days are handled through our booking site at viewsbnb.com and may be subject to additional third-party platform terms.

5. Text Messaging If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring messages from VIEWS LLC at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to texts is not a condition of any booking or lease. 6. Third-Party Sites & Platforms Our site and communications may link to third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Furnished Finder, and our own booking site viewsbnb.com. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their terms, not ours.
