Important — Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information collected through SMS opt-in or website forms — including mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or message content — will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to third parties or affiliate companies for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited strictly to subcontractors and service providers necessary to deliver our text messaging and booking services (such as our messaging platform, GoHighLevel, and our property management software), and only as needed to perform that service.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Vendors who help us operate — including our messaging platform (e.g., GoHighLevel and its underlying carriers/aggregators), our property management software (e.g., Hospitable, Buildium), payment processors, our hosting provider, and email/CRM tools.   • Booking platforms: If you book through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Furnished Finder), that platform's privacy policy will also apply to data they collect.
